Teen boxing is about students learning how to box correctly with pads and gloves.
Students will also increase their fitness through the challenging workouts and other boxing related exercises that are designed to improve their skills and conditioning.
Teen Boxing will work on a students coordination, agility, explosiveness, strength, self esteem, general conditioning and is the perfect accompaniment to existing sporting pursuits.
Lessons are held indoors and in a controlled environment at Workout Fitness Centre in Cottesloe. There is a high degree of technical difficulty involved in boxing which students will learn to master as they progress through the grading system by demonstrating the required competencies.
Class times are Monday 4:00 pm and Friday 4:15 pm
Register now for Term 1 which starts on the 4th of February and will run for the duration of the school term. Students must be 14 years old or over.
Full course payment will include all lessons and the required grading hand wraps.
