Personal training (PT) is the best way for an individual to achieve their health and fitness goals. PT is a professionally tailored and individual service with a plan based on our initial consultation. If you need motivation to get exercising, to lose weight, posture and technique correction, rehabilitation, sports conditioning or a range of other physical needs then PT is for you.

Where do you operate?

I operate a mobile service, for your convenience, around the western suburbs and surrounding areas.  Also GROUP FITNESS classes in Cottesloe both indoors and outdoors.

Do I need to buy any special fitness equipment?

No all equipment will be provided.

How much does this cost?

From $40 per hour

$40 pp if you prefer to train with a friend

Of course all personal training comes with a initial appraisal.
